Recently the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) commissioner has declared that influenza is no longer prevalent in NY State for the 2015-2016 season. This means that all article 28, 36, and 40 health care and residential facilities and agencies are no longer required to have any unvaccinated employees wear a mask in areas where patients or residents are typically present.

While this flu season has come to a close, there’s no reason to believe that next year’s flu season will be as mild. Make sure that you’re prepared for the future by signing up for our corporate flu shot program.

Your organization can choose from on-site vaccinations where we come to your place of business on a certain date, or your organization can book appointments at our occupational health medical centers where your staff can get their shots done at a different time. Eligible companies and employees may even qualify for free vaccines through health insurance billing. Don’t delay, register today!

That’s all for now, stay healthy!
