The IT Help Desk Associate is responsible for maintenance of the computer desktop environment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the internal IT Help Desk. As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will have access to using email marketing, social media, PPC advertising, direct mail marketing, content marketing, webinars, and any other creative engagement methods to generate qualified leads.
Instead of engaging with individual targets, the position requires mass marketing to several hundred or thousands of targets. This requires segmenting lists into market groups based on industry, geography, size, and previous behavior.
