Join Mobile Heath in the newly created LinkedIn group: NYC Drug Testing. This group was created and is moderated by Mobile Health marketing coordinator, Rafael Landeiro. The group will feature news, editorials, how-to’s, and be an open forum for employers looking to learn more about workplace drug testing.
Both employers and providers are encouraged to join and share their expertise in this field. As a localized group, it will be dealing with topics mostly concerning New York City businesses such as local regulations, policies and industry trends. Local understanding of employee drug testing is becoming ever more important as different regions have varied rules and policies. For example, California has very strict workplace drug testing which bans almost all random drug testing; something that does not apply to New York.
Group members are encouraged to contribute discussions, polls, and comments to foster a supportive community of knowledge, authority and experience.
The group was initially founded by Mobile Health employees Andrew Shulman, Michael Rosenfeld, Mike Finn, Jason Roberts, and Laurie Jantz of OraSure. The first discussion was posted by Rafael discussing drug testing athletes and employees in light of the recent drug testing scandal surrounding world famous sprinters.
