Wage Parity Symposium Successful!

Mobile Health, in partnership with FordHarrison LLP and TSG Financial, has just concluded its 3^rd successful wage parity symposium. Held at the NYC Bar Association building on April 5^th , Mobile Health thanks all who participated and presented.

Special thanks are due to the hundred plus representatives from a multitude of home care agencies and industry groups whose presence helped to create a vibrant and  edifying atmosphere. Your participation and engagement made this symposium one to remember.

At Tuesday’s event several talks were given by industry leaders like Paul Essner and Stephen Zweig, who gave salient advice on staying compliant with the Wage Parity Act as well as creating solutions that keep your home care company ACA compliant as well as competitive.

Their contributions were well received and helped those in attendance gain a deeper understanding of what wage parity laws mean for their organization.

Also giving a presentation was Mobile Health’s CEO Andrew Shulman, who closed the meeting by offering some surprising insights about the health of home health aides and Mobile Health’s unique brand of wage parity solutions.
